About the session
IETE Lucknow Centre organised a technical talk on “Smart Utilisation of Spectrum” on Sunday, 11 October 2026. The session was delivered by Prabhakar Dubey, FIETE, Associate Professor at GITM, Lucknow.
The discussion introduced spectrum utilisation and multiple access techniques, with a focus on how communication systems share available frequency resources. Members attended the presentation, exchanged views and took part in the programme.
